Achieving the B.Compt degree while working full-time in very demanding roles was a great achievement for Sacchin. In his 21-year career with Bidvest Life, he has overseen IT, Projects, Administration, Servicing, Underwriting and Claims. He has been tasked with the implementation of all foundational governance, risk and compliance requirements and achieved this within a short space of time to the satisfaction of the Board. Sacchin is proud of the amazing talent he has recruited within the business who have gone on to achieve remarkable things for the company. He has achieved the employee of the year award in 2019 and on two previous occasions. He says the hard work resulted in his recent promotion to Chief Risk Officer for Bidvest Life. On the personal side, he is an extremely proud father of two.
